In order to avoid possible looses of new elements, or self made presets, do not unrar this pack in your "Documents" folder.

Now copy your current STL folder (it is located in your Documents folder) & paste there were this package was unrared, overwrite if prompted. Once done, copy the complete achieved folder & paste it in your Documents folder again, overwrite when prompted.
